Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic supplier management professional to foster collaborative relationships between hiring leaders and dedicated recruiters, drive requisition distribution, and ensure timely data entry into Bullhorn.
* Foster open, transparent, and productive relationships with hiring leaders and dedicated recruiters.
* Distribute requisitions to suppliers aligned with sourcing strategy and diversity goals.
* Monitor and deliver against solutions KPIs, escalating risks and recommending adjustments as needed.
* Manage contractor workforce, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
* Build and maintain strong relationships across the supplier network and internal delivery teams.
* Ensure timely and accurate data entry into Bullhorn, meeting SLA expectations.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in supplier or recruitment management, ideally within large-scale environments, who possesses strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, is confident using Microsoft Office and Bullhorn, and is organized, responsive, and solutions-focused.
