The Position
- Plan, supervise, and monitor the food production across 3 x retail outlets and functions and events activity across the campus
- Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
- Lead, develop and inspire a team of culinary talents
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Oversee inventory, procurement, cost controland minimize food wastage
The Person
- An accomplished leaderwith a stellar culinary track record
- Current Blue card or ability to obtain
- Experienced with high volume retail and functions & events catering
- Experience in leading, mentoring and developing teams
- Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety and infection control
- Available to work Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability for events during the year
