Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join our team, responsible for the processing of invoices, payment preparation, and supplier statement reconciliation.
* Key tasks include
o Invoicing and coding
o Weekly, Fortnightly and monthly payment preparation
o Supplier statement reconciliation
o Managing supplier queries with professionalism
o Maintaining accurate records and reporting
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with strong financial process skills and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MYOB accounting software is highly desirable.
As well as possessing key administrative tasks, you will also provide support across payroll, administration, and customer service duties.
* Supporting Owners with key administrative tasks
* Assisting with incoming phone and email enquiries
* Providing friendly, helpful customer assistance
* Supporting general office administration
