About the Opportunity

CSI has operations in Western Australia and Queensland.
Be part of a high-performing minerals team with one of Australia’s leading mining services providers. We operate across WA in lithium, iron ore and other hard rock commodities, offering end‑to‑end services from pit to port.
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Plant Operators with crushing and wet plant experience, to join our Mining Services Team for upcoming positions. These are full-time, FIFO roles from Perth designed to grow your skill set through on-site training, with pathways into leadership for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor crushing & screening equipment within wet and dry plant environments
* Perform basic preventative maintenance checks and assist trades where required
* Control feed rates and manage plant performance to meet production targets
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and operational procedures
* Work effectively both independently and within a team structure
* Contribute to continuous improvement in safety and productivity
* Demonstrate a commitment to safety
What is required:
* Experience operating fixed plant crushing & wet plant equipment and/or mobile plant (loaders, excavators, bobcats, skid steers etc.)
* C Class Manual Driver’s Licence (HR desirable)
* High Risk Work Licence (DG, RB, CN, WP, LF – desirable)
* Construction Induction Card
* Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing tickets (desirable)
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
* Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
