To Succeed In This Role, You'll Bring
* Proven experience in retail management or customer-facing roles
* A love for styling and connecting with your customers
* A strong track record of achieving KPIs and driving sales
* Available to work a Sunday to Friday roster
* Experience with stock management, rostering, and store operations
* An ability to lead by example and coach others to success
* Excellent communication skills and a consultative sales approach
* Passion for visual merchandising and maintaining impeccable store presentation
Your Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in all daily operations and store performance
* Lead, coach and develop the team to meet KPIs and deliver outstanding customer service
* Deliver a premium in-store experience through styling and consultative selling
* Oversee stock levels, replenishment and accurate reporting
* Uphold high VM standards and maintain the store's visual appeal
* Build strong VIP customer relationships and foster brand loyalty
