Simulation-Based First Aid Instructor
Impactful Role: Empowering Others through Simulation-Based Training
This role requires you to deliver high-quality, simulation-based first aid courses to various organisations. Your goal is to empower others with the knowledge and skills necessary to save lives in real-world emergencies.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging simulation-based training sessions to a range of client groups.
* Adapt your delivery style to suit different client needs, environments, and locations.
* Work from our Gladstone office and travel to client sites throughout the region, with optional interstate opportunities.
* Receive comprehensive training, equipment, and ongoing support from our national training team.
You will have the opportunity to expand into specialist electrical/rescue, fire, tactical, or mental health training if you possess relevant experience.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a paramedic, emergency nurse, fire EMR, military medic, or similar emergency response role.
* Strong communication and facilitation skills.
* Professional presence and ability to engage diverse groups.
* A current Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
* A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE), or evidence of enrolment in TAE, or willingness to undertake this prior to employment.
