Overview
In this hands-on position, reporting to our Workshop Manager, you'll be a driving force within a skilled team of fitters, ensuring every job meets the top-tier TJM standard. From lift kits and bull bars to complex custom builds, you'll be at the forefront of some of the most exciting 4x4 upgrades out there. As a senior team member, you'll lead by example in the workshop and mentor and inspire your team to perform at their best.
Responsibilities
* Lead by example in the workshop and mentor team members to perform at a high standard.
* Ensure every job meets the top-tier TJM standard across lift kits, bull bars, and complex custom builds.
* Collaborate with the Workshop Manager and fitters to plan and execute high‐quality vehicle upgrades.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a senior fitter
* Strong mechanical knowledge and/or vehicle accessory fitting skills
* 12V electrical experience is highly advantageous
* A hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork
Qualifications
* Experience is essential, Motor Vehicle Repairer's License highly desirable
