Shop Manager / Head window tinter role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced window tinter for a shop manager role. We are seeking a well presented, organized, self-driven, customer focused team leader who is keen to contribute to the continual success and growth of the business on a hourly rate + commission / bonus structure to reward your hard work.
In this role, the daily operational tasks you will be responsible for should include the following,
- Greeting customers and quoting all types of tinting jobs including cars, trucks/buses, commercial office's and homes.
- Process store sales, operate and maintain all POS equipment.
- Coordinate daily job schedules between onsite commercial, home and workshop bookings.
- Provide high standard of customer service informing customers of products available and after care.
- Maintain store security by adhering to policies and procedures, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor the financials of the store, including handling cash and processing eftpos machine transactions, billing account customers.
- People management including development/ training when required as the business grows.
- Stock on hand and consumables management.
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and applicable legislation.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
We are looking for someone with the following skills, experience & attributes:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the window tinting, would be highly regarded with experience in cars, trucks and homes.
- A current manual C class driver's license - Essential
- Demonstrated Leadership and management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Honesty and integrity
- Have a cheerful "Can do" Attitude
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Problem solving ability
- Able to work alone and also in a team
- Sound knowledge and adherence to OH&S practices
- Available to work on Saturday mornings as required
- Willing to undertake ongoing training and development if required

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
