The ideal candidate will bring:
* Experience in business banking or Agribusiness finance, or a strong foundation with the desire to specialise.
* A demonstrated ability (or clear potential) to build rapport and contribute to business growth.
* An understanding of the needs and priorities of regional commercial and agribusiness clients.
* Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to engage a broad range of stakeholders.
* Exposure to commercial lending fundamentals such as cash flow analysis, credit assessment, and deal structuring (with complexity aligned to seniority).
THE ROLE |
You will manage a portfolio of regional and agribusiness clients, supporting them through the end-to-end credit process and helping them achieve their business goals. The scope and complexity of the portfolio will be aligned to your experience. For more senior appointees, the role will also include mentoring and coaching colleagues, sharing expertise, and contributing to the broader success of the team. A customer-focused mindset, combined with sound banking fundamentals, will be key to delivering strong outcomes.
