The Role
We're seeking reliable Civil Labourers to join a busy civil construction project in Ingham, QLD. This role involves a range of physical and practical duties, working both independently and as part of a supportive team. You'll be contributing to essential site preparation and construction activities in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll play an important part in keeping projects on track and running smoothly by assisting trades, preparing sites, and ensuring work areas are safe and productive. Tasks include:
- Site preparation, including clearing, digging, and groundwork
- Moving and handling materials, tools, and equipment
- Supporting trades such as carpenters and plumbers
- Operating hand and power tools, and potentially heavy machinery
- Assisting with scaffolding, concrete mixing, and other structural work

Your Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Current Driver's Licence (Car)
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Previous experience on civil construction projects

- Robust awareness of workplace health and safety
- Competency using a range of tools and machinery
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading instructions and data
