Resort Experience Manager
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of educational and activity-based programs at our resort, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality experiences for clients.
Key responsibilities include coordinating program logistics, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and managing event orders, itineraries, and client communications.
* Coordinate all aspects of the Resort Program, school excursion groups, and activity schedules.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, teachers, students, and colleagues.
* Prepare detailed program materials, quotations, invoices, and client correspondence.
* Represent the resort at industry events, meetings, and conferences.
* Promote additional experiences and activities to enhance client stays and drive revenue growth.
* Collaborate with departments to develop engaging concepts and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Support holiday activity programs and work closely with the Accounts Team to manage payments and billing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in program coordination, event planning, and team leadership.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
* Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant systems.
