We are currently seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity in the automotive industry, with dedicated in-house and external training to support your professional growth and development.
What You'll Do?
In this dynamic role, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of Southcoast BMW, supporting both our customers and Sales team to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience from the outset.
* Answering and directing calls through a busy switchboard
* Greeting customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
* Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail
* Supporting the Sales team with data entry and administrative tasks
* Maintaining a clean and professional front-of-house presentation and coffee lounge
About You
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Ideally, you will also have:
* Previous experience in a reception or customer service role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications
* A team-first mindset with the ability to self-manage
* Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
* Great listening skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
