Key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the sales team with order processing, quotes, and client communication.
* Coordinating with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
* Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system and tracking sales activity.
* Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service.
* Assisting with product pricing, stock availability, and order fulfillment.
* Collaborating with internal teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
YOUR BACKGROUND
* Experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* A team player with great communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
* Experience in the merchandise or manufacturing industry (desirable but not essential).
