About the Role
* Position: Permanent, full-time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:06 pm, with some flexibility)
* Location: Ascot Office, Great Eastern Highway, Ascot.
* Start: Immediate
* Salary: Level 7 under the SCHADS Award - $119,089 - $124,065 per annum (commensurate with experience) + super

As the Manager Home Support Services, you will be responsible for:
* Planning, monitoring, and delivering home support services in accordance with funding contracts, legislation, and organisational policy
* Leading a team of Client Care Partners and Scheduling Officers
* Collaborating with the Clinical Team to ensure coordinated, integrated care
* Overseeing compliance, quality assurance, and service outcomes
* Managing resources effectively to ensure service efficiency and sustainability
Essential Skills & Experience
* Qualification in aged care, community services, or related field
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership or management role in the aged care sector
* Strong understanding of compliance obligations and the Strengthened Quality Aged Care Standards
* Experience with government-funded programs and risk management
* Proficient in client information systems and resource coordination
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
* Demonstrated experience working with diverse communities
* Proven track record of implementing and managing change
Desirable:
* Knowledge of diversity, access, and equity issues for CaLD and LGBTIQA+ seniors
* Current driver's licence
