Join Our Team as a Technical Specialist to provide expertise for the Server refresh projects.
Key Skills & Experience
* Experience in Server technologies – Blades, Chassis, Virtualisation, Operating Systems specifically Windows Operating Systems & Linux
* Experience migrating applications from legacy platforms to new platforms – hardware & operating systems
* Experience in Microsoft physical and virtual standard operating environments
* Experience in Cloud technologies specifically in relation to Virtualisation and databases
* Experience in IT‑as‑a‑Service model including Platform‑as‑a‑Service
* Experience in Storage – SAN, NAS and backup Technologies
* Experience in Networking technologies – LAN and WAN
* Experience in data centre installations e.g. racking, cabling
* Experience configuring Hyper‑Converged Infrastructure – HCI using VMware technologies – vSAN as the target environment from legacy operating environments.
* Experience in the migration of Virtual Machines from private to secure public cloud service providers as a target solution platform.
* Experience in Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, VMware, VCF, Linux, JBoss products, services & technology solution environments
* The successful candidate will hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
