Must be available to work from Mon-Sat 5:45am-12:15pm (6 days/week).
Tasks & responsibilities
Duties involve food preparation and cooking for a cafe menu serving breakfast (cabinet wraps, rolls, baking muffin, cup cakes) and cook brunch menu.
Must have cafe brunch experience for menu development
You will ensure all food products are handled, stored, prepared, and served safely in accordance with restaurant and government Food Safety
Stock check and stock rotation and take order from suppliers
Selection Criteria
* 2 years' experience working in a commercial kitchen required
* Have experience for baking
* Must demonstrate basic baking skills
* Have Australian full work rights
* Will have experience in food prep within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
* You will have a genuine commitment to Food Safety
