About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you'll represent Farm Tech out on the road — working predominantly on-farm across eastern Australia to service, troubleshoot, and repair machinery.
You'll work hands-on with our leading product range, including the locally manufactured Ausmix Feed Mixer, along with other quality agricultural equipment. Every day brings variety — new places, new challenges, and new opportunities to make a difference for our customers.

We're looking for a Field Service Technician to join our Elite Service Team — professionals who take pride in providing exceptional service, backing up quality equipment, and ensuring our customers can rely on their machines when it matters most. What You'll Do
* Deliver Elite Service: Perform on-site servicing, repairs, and maintenance of agricultural machinery, ensuring customers receive reliable, professional, and timely support.
* Champion Customer Experience: Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, solving problems, and providing expert guidance.
* Diagnose and Resolve Issues: Apply mechanical and technical expertise to troubleshoot faults and get machines running efficiently.
* Represent Our Brand: Be the face of Farm Tech's service excellence, upholding our reputation for reliability, quality, and care.
* Stay Connected: Collaborate with our Service and Technical Team for support, resources, and shared knowledge.
What You'll Bring
* Trade Qualification: Mechanical trade certificate (Agricultural, Diesel, or equivalent).
* Experience with Ag Equipment: Familiarity with hydraulics, PTO systems, and agricultural machinery preferred.
* Customer Focus: You take pride in delivering exceptional service and building trust with every interaction.
* Problem-Solving Skills: You think on your feet, troubleshoot confidently, and follow through to get the job done right.
* Self-Motivation: Independent and reliable, with a proactive approach to travel and time management.
