Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Cloud Journey Designer to join our innovative MarTech Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building and optimising personalised, multi-channel customer journeys that transform how we communicate with our customers.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to capture requirements, identify pain points and design optimised campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your expertise in journey design, build and optimisation will enable us to deliver complex multi-channel customer journeys, including decision splits, A/B testing, reporting and optimisation.


Daily Responsibilities

* Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable campaigns and reporting packs
* Design, build and test complex multi-channel customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Host workshops and ideation sessions to shape journey backlogs and explore new initiatives
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of campaigns from design and build through to reporting and insights
* Ensure accuracy, compliance and best practice in customer communications by supporting governance and testing programs


Key Qualifications

* Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to engage, influence and educate stakeholders at all levels
* Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud journey design, build and optimisation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to think big picture
* Technical capability with tools such as SQL, Data Design, AMPscript, HTML/CSS or related platforms
