About the Role

• Oversee operational support and maintenance of the University's Infrastructure Applications portfolio, ensuring alignment with service agreements, business needs, and support obligations.
• Allocate and manage team workload following ITIL best practices, ensuring effective incident resolution, stakeholder communication, root cause analysis, and preventative measures.
• Manage and assign development requests, ensuring adherence to best practice standards across the portfolio.

You will also have:

• Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training
• Familiarity with a broad range of enterprise and local information systems, including the integration of complex systems across contemporary and legacy technologies.
