We're looking for an energetic Café Manager to take charge of our onsite café and help drive its success.
This is your chance to step into a key leadership role within a large and expanding hotel group—backed by the support of an experienced General Manager and KBC Group.
Running the day-to-day operations of a busy café inside a thriving hotel
Creating weekly rosters (reviewed by the GM) and ensuring every shift is well staffed
Working with the Hotel General Manager & KBC Group on menu ideas, seasonal specials and improvements
Training and developing your café team to deliver outstanding service
Completing monthly stocktakes and managing ordering and stock control
Being the "go-to" leader who drives a great culture and guest experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Confident with rostering, stocktakes, and day-to-day café operations
Passionate about customer service, quality, and presentation
Organised, reliable, and able to work alongside hotel management and corporate teams
Flexible to work weekends and peak periods
