You will be responsible for management of the billing system (FiNDnet) including importing transactions into the system daily and ensuring export and integration with the accounting system (SAGE) is complete and accurate. You will also provide technical support and troubleshooting advice to FiNDnet users.
In addition you will drive process improvements in the related business process to ensure complete, accurate and timely invoice preparation. You will also raise customer invoices including preparation of supporting information on a timely basis.
To be considered for this role you will have previous experience working in a Billing role, ideally with a business involving complex invoice preparation. Previous experience working in logistics or ground handling will be desirable.
