Job Title
We're seeking an entry-level finance professional to join our team as a Finance Support Officer.
* Customer Support: Respond to calls and emails with warmth, professionalism, and practical help.
* Payment Administration: Accurately enter and process invoices for services delivered.
* Budget Tracking: Review and support participant spending and flag issues early to prevent overspending.
* Problem Solving: Communicate effectively when identifying issues with invoices, services or budgets and help resolve or escalate them.
* Order Placement: Assist with ordering consumables and services on behalf of participants.
* Workflow Tracking: Use digital tools to stay on top of tasks and help keep the team organized.
* Admin Support: Help the team with reporting, file maintenance, and general administration.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Confidence on the phone and enjoy helping people solve problems.
* Curiosity, open to growth, and eager to build real-world skills.
* Comfortable with computers and enjoy learning new systems.
* Strong attention to detail and take pride in accurate work.
* Reliability, friendliness, and organization even when things get busy.
* A willingness to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening check.
