As our Operations Support Coordinator – Fleet & Workshop, you’ll work in the engine room of the business, supporting daily operations and taking pressure off our Operations & Allocations Manager.
This is not a quiet admin role. It suits someone organised, adaptable, confident with numbers, and comfortable juggling moving parts across operations, fleet, and workshop functions.
Key responsibilities
Fleet & Workshop Coordination
* Assist with fleet allocation and tracking
* Coordinate servicing schedules and maintenance
* Log, track, and follow up defects and repairs
* Maintain fleet and asset records
* Support workshop scheduling, job cards, and records
Allocations & Operations Support
* Support daily allocations and resource scheduling
* Assist with plant, truck, and crew coordination
* Step in to manage allocations when required
* Support trade bookings and operational coordination
* Provide direct support to the Operations & Allocations Manager
Data Entry & Numbers
* Accurate data entry across job and operations systems
* Docket entry and reconciliation
* Support job costing and reporting
* Maintain clean, reliable operational data
Admin & Business Support
* General admin support across operations
* Assist with purchasing, POs, and supplier coordination
* HR & Onboarding
* Support finance and admin teams as required
* Help keep systems, records, and processes organised and current
