Minimum qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 3 years of experience in digital media, advertising sales, or agency leadership.
* Experience with the YouTube ecosystem, creator trends, and the technical side of paid video media.
Preferred qualifications
* Experience with the Australian and New Zealand agency landscape, including how influencer agencies, Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs), and social platforms operate.
* Experience managing and influencing organizations, and navigating agency structures to find decision-makers who control budgets.
* Ability to interpret data and social signals to predict trends in the creator economy.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding commercial goals.
* Strong public speaking and presentation skills; comfortable representing Google at industry events.
* Excellent entrepreneurial mindset to build a new business area.

Responsibilities
* Identify and map the Influencer Marketing agency landscape in Australia and New Zealand (AUNZ) to find agencies and platforms managing social and paid media strategies for brands.
* Build and maintain C‐suite relationships with specialised influencer agencies, acting as a consultant to help them scale their businesses through YouTube.
* Influence the adoption of YouTube's paid media products (e.g., Shorts and Video Action Campaigns) within influencer-led campaigns to achieve business and growth goals.
* Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert on how the influencer economy intersects with traditional media buying, and connect creator content with paid media performance.
* Partner with the Google Ads and YouTube specialist teams to create unified "Go-to-Market" strategies that capture social‐first budgets.
