General Manager - Recruitment Select
Ongoing Full-Time Position
Recruitment Select is a well established Recruitment services organisation that prides itself on supplying employers with the right staff through its full range of Recruitment options for all industry types. With a strong reputation and client base across North East Victoria, Recruitment Select provides a variety of industries with Fee for Service and Labour Hire staff tailored to meet individual employer needs.
We have a newly created position for a leader with the proven ability to combine hands on sales with the capacity to guide and motivate a professional and dedicated team of Business Development Managers. This position will be based in Shepparton and will manage teams based in Shepparton and Wodonga.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate staff for continual business growth.
* Develop and strengthen professional business relationships in a variety of industries.
* Promote and deliver Recruitment options to all employer types.
* Work with BDMs to achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Work with the CEO to determine business strategy, forecast budgets and identify growth opportunities
* Work with the BDMs and OH&S Manager to ensure all Labour Hire workplaces are assessed for OH&S compliance
Key Selection Criteria
* Considerable experience in a senior sales/recruitment position
* Previous Team Leadership/Management experience, ability to motivate and lead by example
* Proven ability to reach and exceed personal and business targets with a results driven mindset
* Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to identify business development opportunities
* Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
* Highly effective communication style (both written and verbal), with strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills across all levels
* Computer literacy, experience with Microsoft suite and aptitude with recruitment software.
