* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centred care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, domestic assistance, social support, and transportation.
* Monitor the well-being of clients and report on their progress to relevant authorities.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care and outcomes.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
* Australian Federal Police Clearance
* Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
* NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance is required)
* Smartphone with internet access
