Full Time | 80 hours per fortnight
12-Month contract with strong potential for ongoing employment
Monthly rostered days off (RDOs)
Supportive, inclusive team environment
At Bendigo Radiology, our receptionists are key members of a collaborative, patient-focused team that delivers vital healthcare services — and we promise, no two days are the same.
Our practice is proudly owned and operated by Bendigo Radiology, a partnership of radiologists who have provided a diverse range of medical imaging services to Bendigo and regional Victoria for over 45 years. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Medical Imaging Receptionist who is motivated, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a role that blends front-desk service with real impact in a clinical setting.
What Makes This Role Different?
This role goes beyond the usual reception duties. You’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced medical imaging practice, helping patients through what can often be a stressful time. You’ll work closely with radiographers and medical staff, and play an essential part in the patient journey — from first contact to post-procedure support.

- Support clinical teams with workflow coordination and time management
- Answer patient queries with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean, calm, and organised reception environment
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance in all administrative processes
- Work closely with your teammates to deliver exceptional care and service
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a healthcare, medical, or high-paced customer service workplace
- Exceptional multitasking, time management, and organisational skills
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general digital systems
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing needs
- A friendly, empathetic nature with a commitment to putting patients first
- Knowledge of medical terminology (advantageous but not essential)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Working with Children’s Check
- National Police Check
