The Role
As an Associate Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting our director and senior account managers. From day one, you'll work with an established client base, building your name and reputation in a high-performing, collaborative environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Partnering with key clients to support their on-site talent needs
* Proactively networking and sourcing quality candidates
* Executing candidate attraction strategies for priority roles
* Conducting video interviews and presenting "decision-ready" candidates
* Generating contract starters in Bullhorn (CRM)
* Managing your contract portfolio, including safety and compliance
* Assisting BDMs with lead generation and market insights
We're looking for someone driven, personable, and ready to make an impact. Ideally, you'll bring:
* Strong relationship-building skills and experience in a phone-based or customer facing role
* Proven resilience and intrinsic motivation to thrive in a fast-paced industry
* Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, recruitment, or sales
* A friendly, energetic personality – confident both in person and over the phone
* Exceptional communication and attention to detail
* A creative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think outside the box
* An inquisitive nature – we love people who want to truly understand the industries they recruit in
