Tennis World Customer Experience Officer
The ideal candidate will provide friendly, professional and efficient service to members, coaching students and customers ensuring the service areas such as Court hire, Membership, Programs, Social Leagues and Tournament, Coaching, Pro Shop, Tours, Merchandise and Café all are delivered to the highest levels of customer service and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining front of house areas including the pro shop and café
* Providing administration and customer service support to Tennis World tournaments, social leagues and initiatives
* Delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills
This role requires a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of professionalism and being proactive in addressing customer concerns.
