About the Opportunity
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with solid background and clinical skills in aged care? We are partnering with one of our respected clients to recruit a passionate and capable Aged Care RN for a large residential aged care home located in the stunning Central Coast of NSW.
With 270 beds and a strong leadership structure, this home offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled clinical professional to be a part of a big and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer medications, monitor vital signs, manage wounds, and oversee residents' health needs in line with care plans.
* Assess residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, and update care plans accordingly.
* Keep families informed about residents' conditions and liaise with doctors, allied health, and other specialists.
* Maintain accurate documentation, follow infection control procedures, and ensure all care meets regulatory and accreditation standards.
About You
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum of 1 year experience in Aged Care setting
* Solid documentation skills and knowledge of ANAAC
* Has full Australian Working rights, but may consider 482 sponsorship take over/transfer
