A strategic role as Group Chief Operating Officer is available in a complex and agile environment.
Reporting to the CEO and Chairman, this position focuses on managing Global Operations with an emphasis on APAC. Over time, the COO will support business growth while delivering excellent service levels to customers.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Contributing to the overall business strategy and execution.
* Providing Service Delivery recommendations and reporting to senior leaders.
* Leading Service Delivery 24/6, encompassing Customer Excellence, Operational Excellence, Business Continuity Planning, Performance, Capacity Planning, and Infrastructure Utilization Performance.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
* Communicating effectively through regular updates.
* Integrating, leading, and managing international operations.
* Identifying and leading transformation projects for Customer and Operational Excellence.
* Overseeing key applications and platforms.
* Chairing regular leadership meetings.
Skill Requirements include:
* At least 10 years experience in a comparable executive leadership role.
* Experience leading operations across multiple regions.
* Executive experience in people management at scale.
* Strong reporting, budget, and cost management skills.
* Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
