Job Title: Senior Care Practitioner
As a senior care practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. This involves creating a safe and supportive environment that caters to their physical, psychological, and social needs.
Your responsibilities will include developing tailored care plans, providing medicine safely, and making critical clinical decisions. You will have the autonomy to do things the right way and be truly valued and respected for your work.
Key skills and qualifications include current NMC registration, knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, and experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments.
Additionally, you should have a good understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs / MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Your approach to nursing should be person-centred, thoughtful, and compassionate.
