Shift: AM shift from 6am to 2pm
Pay rate: $31-$33 per hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse processes as an AM shift Pharmaceutical Warehouse Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
* We oversee daily warehouse administration tasks, including inventory tracking, order processing, and shipment documentation.
* We ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations (GMP, GDP) and internal quality standards.
* We maintain accurate records of stock levels, batch numbers, and expiration dates.
* We collaborate with warehouse staff, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
* We support audits and inspections by regulatory bodies and internal quality teams.
* We generate regular reports for stock movement, discrepancies, and system updates.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a warehouse administration role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
* A strong understanding of inventory systems and warehouse operations.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills (ERP system experience a plus).
* The ability to thrive in a regulated, deadline-driven environment.
* A high attention to detail and commitment to quality.
