We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in delivering intensive case management and facilitating behavior/education interventions for students at risk of disengagement.
This is a permanent position that involves working with students, families, principals, and community organizations to design and implement individual support, transition, and behavior plans.
As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic advice through data analysis to strengthen student engagement and improve educational outcomes.
You will also be responsible for building inclusive and culturally responsive practices for First Nations students, students with disability, and culturally diverse communities.
* Deliver intensive case management and facilitate behavior/education interventions for students at risk of disengagement.
* Work with students, families, principals, and community organisations to design and implement individual support, transition, and behaviour plans.
* Provide strategic advice through data analysis to strengthen student engagement and improve educational outcomes.
* Build inclusive and culturally responsive practices for First Nations students, students with disability, and culturally diverse communities.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in case management, education support, or youth engagement, excellent relationship-building skills with families, schools, and service providers, and high-level communication and problem-solving abilities.
A background in education, social work, or youth justice would be highly regarded, as well as familiarity with Queensland Department of Education policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will be required to hold a current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and a current driver's licence, and be willing to travel and work some after-hours.
