As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective team management and coaching.

* Leading and engaging the team daily to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and inspire best practice
* Coaching and inspiring team members to develop their skills and knowledge

Required skills and qualifications include:
* Proven track record of strong sales achievements within a KPI structure
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills
* Experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail environments is desirable
