This role is focused on seeking and building customers within the Mandurah region. The right candidate will be involved in promoting and maintaining high levels of customer service to our clients, ensuring the success, growth, and profitability of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new opportunities to grow business revenue through interaction with existing clients and actively seek new business
* Seek out a deep understanding of clients' needs to create targeted sales strategies
* Achieve monthly revenue targets
* Create high quality sales proposals and strategies, and confidently present them to clients
* Provide after-sales services as requested
* Provide constructive input for advertising strategies
* Identify, assess, and manage business and revenue risks as they arise
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Customer service or sales experience in industries such as retail and hospitality
* A genuine desire to work closely with clients and ensure them optimal returns for their investments
* Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
* Be organised, able to balance competing priorities, and meet deadlines
* Possess computer literacy skills, especially with MS Office applications
