About the work unit / facility The ENT Surgical Service Group at Townsville University Hospital provides comprehensive ear, nose, and throat surgical care for patients across Northern Queensland. Competitive salary and benefits * Salary between $8062.00 - $10221.70 per fortnight (L18-L27). * 4 to 6 weeks p.a. recreational leave with 14-17.5% loading. * Generous employer contribution to superannuation of 12.75%. About your opportunity As a Staff Specialist ENT, you will provide high-quality clinical and non-clinical ENT surgical services, lead education and research initiatives, and contribute to service development. You will manage complex cases, participate in the consultant on-call roster, and support junior medical staff within a dynamic tertiary hospital environment. Requirements * Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons or equivalent. * Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia. * Preferable: Australian Residency status. * Evidence of vaccination or immunity for VPDs as per Queensland Health policy. * A probationary period may apply.
