This is a key leadership role with a strong focus on execution, relationship management, and team-building.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing partnerships team.
- Develop and implement a market strategy to engage financial advisers and build partnerships.
- Drive the onboarding and integration of advisers into the **Adviser Partner Program**.

**What You'll Need**:
