Leading Perth based National Nursing Recruitment Agency requires motivated people to join their busy team.
Your role will be to carry out the After Hours bookings functions of the organisation's national offices. Our current requirement is for the right candidate to work flexible hours on Weekends.
Weekend shifts include 1.30am to 8.30am, 8.30am to 3.30pm and 3.30pm to 10.30pm.
NOTE: Candidates who do not have a full time job during the week would mostly suit.
You must be able to train during the week also. You will be working from our East Perth Office.
The position will involve inbound and outbound calls and operational bookings, data entry on a computerized system and communicating daily with our large staff base. It is essential the candidate is able to provide first class service to our clients in the Public and Private sector and assist in increasing our business.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent phone manner;
- Experience using MS Office, specifically MS Excel;
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Close attention to detail;
- Must also be flexible and able to be on call to cover shifts at short notice. On call availability is required throughout the week including weekends and public holidays.
Candidate must have excellent phone manner and communication skills.
Training and support will be provided.
