Senior Change Manager – Microsoft 365 Copilot Rollout

Role Overview
We're on the lookout for a seasoned Change Manager to guide our end client through a pivotal Microsoft 365 Copilot transformation. This six-month contract role with potential extension is dedicated to fostering user adoption, managing stakeholder relations, and ensuring a smooth rollout of M365 Copilot solutions across the business.
You'll collaborate with IT, business leaders, and end-users to design and deliver robust change management strategies, ensuring minimal disruption while driving maximum benefits. This position calls for a professional who's adept at both the technical side of M365/Copilot deployments and the people aspects of technology change.
Main Responsibilities
* Craft and execute comprehensive change management plans for M365 Copilot rollouts
* Conduct impact assessments to pinpoint affected groups and outline change needs
* Develop tailored communication and training strategies for various user segments
* Define and track success metrics and KPIs to gauge adoption and change impact
Stakeholder Engagement
* Build strong partnerships with business leaders, IT, and other key stakeholders
* Facilitate workshops and focus groups to capture requirements and address concerns
* Manage resistance and enhance buy‑in at all organisational levels
* Deliver regular updates and reports to leadership and project teams
Training & Enablement
* Design and deliver training initiatives to boost user confidence and capability in M365 Copilot
* Create user guides, quick references, and self‑help resources
* Identify and train power users and change champions for grassroots support
* Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt strategies based on feedback
Communication & Support
* Develop and share targeted communications to inform and motivate users throughout the change journey
* Handle change‑related queries and resolve escalations during rollout
* Work with technical teams to ensure robust support mechanisms are in place
* Celebrate quick wins and share success stories to sustain engagement
Required Experience & Skills
* Change Management Expertise
* At least 5 – 10 years in change management, ideally within technology‑driven projects
* Proven background leading successful change initiatives in medium to large settings
* Formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, CCMP) is highly regarded.
* Familiarity with structured change methodologies and frameworks
* Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 rollouts, migrations, or optimisation efforts
* Direct involvement in deploying Microsoft Copilot for M365 or similar AI solutions
* Strong grasp of the M365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.)
* Awareness of AI adoption challenges and best practices for enterprise AI tool uptake

* Outstanding written and spoken communication, with a knack for simplifying the complex
* Experience in developing training content and delivering engaging presentations
