Overview
We're looking for an automotive parts interpreter to join our Kwinana team. The role involves matching the right parts to the right vehicles and providing technical support to trade and retail customers. You will work Tuesday to Saturday, including Saturday shifts, with penalty rates to boost your take‐home pay.

* Provide technical support to trade and retail customers using your automotive parts/mechanical knowledge.
* Build effective customer relationships.
* Use up‐to‐date product information and knowledge to problem‐solve and maximise sales.
* Commit to providing genuine service and creating lasting impressions for customers.
* Enjoy working in a busy phone‐based customer service role.
* Maintain safety awareness, constantly striving to provide the safest work environment for yourself, teammates and customers.
* Assist DIY and trade customers with technical product support and impart your knowledge.
* Lead trade sales and build the credibility of the store.
Qualifications
* Safety mindset and commitment to a safe work environment.
* Demonstrated automotive parts or mechanical experience.
* Passionate customer service expert with some sales experience.
* Comfortable sharing knowledge; ability to communicate in a technical and non‐technical manner.
* Natural problem solver who is solutions focused.
* Experienced using computers and computer programs.
* Proactive and driven team player who can also work independently.
* Flexible availability and validated driver's licence (manual preferred).
* Available to work the agreed schedule and other days if requested.
* Willing to lift, bend, climb and drive safely.
