**Job Title:** Profile Operator
We are seeking an experienced Profile Operator to join our asphalt construction team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating profiling/milling machines in accordance with manufacturer specifications and Asphaltech procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate 2 metre road profiling/milling machines.
* Set and monitor cutting depth, grade, and slope using automated levelling systems (laser, sonic, or 3D).
* Perform accurate milling to project requirements, working closely with supervisors and survey/Setout personnel.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience as a Profile Operator in asphalt construction.
* Strong awareness of safe mobile plant operations and working within live construction areas.
* Ability to interpret grades, plans, and setout instructions.
