About the Role
As a Paediatric Physiotherapist at Pitter Patter Physio, you'll work with a diverse caseload of children and families using a play-based, family-centred approach. You'll have the freedom to think outside the box, collaborate deeply, and deliver therapy that actually fits into real life.
You'll be supported, mentored, and genuinely valued - not micromanaged or rushed.
What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering engaging, functional, play-based physiotherapy for children of all abilities
* Creating meaningful, family-centred goals (that actually make sense to parents)
* Working collaboratively with families, educators and other therapists
* Thinking creatively — swings, obstacle courses and games are encouraged
* Contributing to assessments, reports and NDIS documentation (with support)
* Celebrating wins — big, small and everything in between
We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Has minimum 2 years experience in paediatrics and/or musculoskeletal physiotherapy
* Is AHPRA registered (or eligible)
* Is legally able to work in Australia and lives or is able to move to the Sunshine Coast
* Has a genuinely fun, warm and engaging personality
* Can pass the all-important vibe check (kindness, teamwork and good energy matter here)
* Communicates beautifully with kids and grown-ups
* Is organised but flexible, confident but humble
* Loves learning and wants to keep growing
