Retail Operations and Compliance Coordinator – Full Time
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for maintaining high operational standards? We are looking for a proactive Retail Operations and Compliance Coordinator to join our team full-time and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day functions of our retail stores.
About the Role:
As the Retail Operations and Compliance Coordinator, you will ensure our stores operate smoothly and remain compliant with company standards. Your role is integral in maintaining a clean, functional, and efficient environment across multiple retail locations.
You will work closely with the Head of Retail and follow company procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and performance across all stores.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all stores are maintained to company standards, including cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment functionality (knowledge of bakery equipment is highly regarded)
* Oversee and conduct company collections, ensuring all monies are accurately accounted for
* Support store managers with operational troubleshooting and issue resolution
* Liaise with company directors and HR to implement and maintain company policies and procedures
* Provide hands-on support with general maintenance and day-to-day store operations
* Monitor food safety standards and assist stores in remaining compliant with health regulations
What We're Looking For:
* A solid understanding of general maintenance tasks and the ability to be hands-on
* Knowledge of food safety practices is essential; holding a valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is highly regarded
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders—including councils, centre management and tradespeople
* A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail
* Ability to follow procedures, multitask, and manage priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
* To be suitable for this role you must have your own reliable transport

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
