In recent years we have successfully grown our presence across both State and Commonwealth government clients including our recent appointment on the Whole of Australian Government Legal Services Panel.
We are seeking a senior litigation lawyer to join the team in our Sydney office to focus on the growth and development of our offering to NSW State Government clients as well as working with colleagues nationally on servicing our Commonwealth Government clients.
To be successful in this role you will be either a Special Counsel or Partner who has extensive experience working with State and Commonwealth clients across dispute resolution and litigation, tort claims and administrative law matters such as judicial review and merits review, Royal commissions, inquiries and inquests and representing clients including government departments and agencies.
Given the nature of the role you will be looking for an opportunity where you can build and grow your practice and a team.
It is essential that you have well developed contacts within State Government and are confident in your ability to bring those relationships with you into the role particularly if joining at partner level.
