**About the Role**

As the Head of Content for Dan Murphy's you'll grow our content capabilities to transform from a traditional retailer to a drinks publisher, with a single minded focus of recruiting and engaging Millennial and Gen Z, helping them to drink better. This role leads our newly launched Dan's Daily publishing platform, for the inside word on drinks, and our social media and influencer channels..

In this position you'll also:

- Responsible for the Dan Murphy's content strategy, play a lead coaching role to other EDG businesses looking to grow their content capability.
- Oversee the launch and ongoing growth of Dan's Daily to increase business revenue.
- Ensure creative is 'best-in-class' and continues to push the brand in the right direction.
- Perform a dual leadership role (with EDX CX Tribe) of the content digital technology squad to roll out CMS across all Endeavour Group platforms.
- Lead the Dan's Daily Editorial and Social Media teams, including external partnerships for content syndication.
- Partner with the Marketing, Merchandise, eCommerce and EDX cross-functional teams to ensure content supports the strategy, customer journey, NPD and trend leadership and driving engagement.
- Lead, inspire and empower your team to role model the Endeavour Group ways of working and to work end-to-end in a complex, matrix environment.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continual improvements, guiding the team, technology and people & capability to produce content at scale, with efficiency.
- Be part of the Dan Murphy's marketing Leadership team.

**About you**:
This position will suit someone that has a Digital Publishing background and has experience working with technology platforms that support content. You'll work closely with the technology team to drive technology enhancements to the publishing platform, and to develop and deliver the content strategy.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- Significant career experience in digital and/or content marketing, with a focus on customer experience & brand.
- Previous experience working within digital publishing and content technology platforms will be advantageous.
- Tertiary qualifications in business/and or marketing preferred.
- Proven experience in people & strategy leadership, leading with authenticity in a matrix and agile environment.
- Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills, to lead initiatives cross functionally and contribute to commercial conversations both internally and externally.
- Extensive brand development experience, with a proven track record of driving market differentiation.
