**The Opportunity**: 
**Responsibilities**:
- **Support Strategic Management**: Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and enforce sophisticated farming strategies and operational efficiencies. 
- **Coordinate Operations**: Streamline day-to-day operations to guarantee compliance with our high-performance standards. 
- **Team Leadership**: Provide uncompromising supervision, training, and motivation to a team of 10+ staff. 
- **Talent Management**: Recruit, evaluate, and retain top-tier staff that align with our excellence-driven ethos. 
- **Scheduling and Objectives**: Develop and implement seamless staff schedules while setting ambitious productivity goals. 
- **Safety and Cleanliness**: Meticulously maintain a pristine, safe working environment while handling delicate mushrooms. 
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Analyze and control budgets, operating costs, and resource allocations to produce comprehensive, accurate management reports. 
- **Customer Engagement**: Resolve client concerns with professionalism, ensuring consistent satisfaction and loyalty. 
- **Inventory Management**: Optimize inventory procurement and supply chain operations to prevent bottlenecks.
**What We Expect**:
- Minimum of 3 years in an Assistant Manager or similar leadership role. 
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of 5+ employees, driving them to meet high productivity standards. 
- Experience recruiting, developing, and managing top-tier staff. 
- Outstanding multitasking, organizational, and planning abilities. 
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets and controlling operating costs. 
- Physically fit and capable of regularly lifting 20kg. 
- Valid manual Australian driver's license. 
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
- Resilient under pressure and able to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding work environment.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
