* Salary: $104,030 to $116,563 p.a. (HEW 7) plus 17% superannuation

About the Opportunity
You will play a pivotal part in coordinating the day-to-day operations of the City Campus Loading Dock and supporting the City Campus Facilities Manager. This position is responsible for managing the daily operations of the ECU City Campus Loading Dock. The role ensures that all loading dock logistics are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with legislative requirements. It also supports the functional needs of Schools and Centre's, ensuring smooth coordination and operational effectiveness across campus services.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate day-to-day operations of the City Campus Loading Dock and support the City Campus Facilities Manager.
* Manage loading dock logistics to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance.
* Support functional needs of Schools and Centres to ensure smooth campus service operation.
Skills & Experience
* A qualification in logistics (or a relevant similar discipline) or equivalent experience/training.
* Extensive experience in loading dock operations and general logistics within building or venue environments.
* Proficient in scheduling and relevant software applications, including Microsoft 365.
* Holds a current Traffic Control Ticket (TC).
* Holds a current Fork Lift license (LF).
* Strong safety focus and analytical approach to problem solving.
* Strong customer service and people skills; ability to work cooperatively with others.
* Adaptability to changing environments.
