Audit Team Leader Job
As a key member of our team, you will lead IT audit engagements to ensure the effectiveness of our governance, risk management and control frameworks. Your work will help mitigate operational, financial, people and strategic risks, driving business success.
Main Responsibilities
* Independent Assurance: Provide assurance on governance, risk and control frameworks to support informed decision-making.
* Engagement Leadership: Lead IT audit engagements ensuring alignment with our Audit Plan and methodology.
* Collaboration and Expertise: Coordinate with subject matter experts and contribute to audits with professionalism and collaboration.
* Solution-Oriented Approach: Analyse risks, controls, systems and evidence to identify weaknesses and recommend solutions.
* Innovative Thinking: Apply innovative approaches to audit work including control analysis and data analytics routines.
* Deliverables and Reporting: Produce high-quality deliverables supported by well-documented working papers in line with industry standards.
* Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
* IT Audit Experience: Demonstrated experience in IT audit across a variety of engagements.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and practical approach to risk and control evaluation.
* Certifications: Professional certification CISA preferred CA or CIA.
* Confidentiality: Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
* Communication: Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
