About The Role
As a Senior Technical Support Engineer at DBG Health, you'll troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade IT systems while mentoring junior engineers.
This is your chance to tackle complex technical challenges, ensure seamless operations, and make a real impact across our Melbourne or Sydney teams.
Role & Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 & 2 desktop and remote support for onsite, offsite, and other office staff, including iPhone/iPad support.
Manage device enrolment, staff onboarding/off-boarding, and IT asset management for assigned offices.
Troubleshoot, escalated unresolved issues, and maintain high-quality ticketing system responses.
Support meeting-room technology and ensure smooth day-to-day workplace IT operations.
Assist with IT and systems projects, including testing, deployment, and ad-hoc project tasks.
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and process documentation.
Skills & Experience
Strong technical skills in Windows *****, MacOS, Microsoft 365, and Apple iPhone/iPad support.
Proven desktop support and IT helpdesk experience, including remote support and device setup.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and quality.
Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and build strong relationships across all levels.
Experience in administrative/project support, asset management, and delivering IT projects efficiently.
Desirable: formal IT training, exposure to different hardware models, and/or tertiary qualifications in IT or related fields.
